I’ll be teaming up with my host and good friend, Certified Anusara Yoga teacher Ann Moxey, to lead these two programs under the southern skies. We’ll kick things off with a weekend workshop in scenic Cuernavaca, just a stone’s throw from the capital, and follow up with a therapeutics intensive in Mexico City that will reveal how Anusara Yoga can heal and prevent injuries. *Students and teachers welcome at both programs; in English with Spanish translation.
